The Smith Founding Family home set up according to the guidlines. The home must always be occupied by at least two founding family members or descendents. Smiths may move out "lock, stock and barrell" taking thier bank account with them to reinvest in a more costly property, however, it must be immediately re-occupied. I will leave you to guess at the reason for this.
